You can request deletion of your account and associated app data without reinstalling the app.
Request deletion by email
Email contact@fullcloudai.com from the email address associated with your Witness Your Fitness account. Use the subject “Witness Your Fitness account deletion” and state that you want your account and associated data deleted.
Do not include your password, medical records, or meal photos. If you no longer have access to your account email, explain that in your request so support can arrange verification.
Delete from the app
Open Witness Your Fitness, sign in, open Profile, and choose the account deletion option. Review and confirm the request in the app.
Data included in deletion
Deletion covers your account profile, meal records, workouts and routes, health and wellness records, journal entries, program progress, AI Coach and Nutrition conversations, and associated social and coach records held by the app.
Deleting your account does not automatically erase the original records in Apple Health or Android Health Connect. Manage those records and permissions separately in the relevant health app.
Timing and retained records
We fulfill emailed deletion requests within 7 days. Backups and AI-service diagnostic records, including Braintrust records, have a 14-day retention window.
